Hi, I’m Cristina Hoyt – nutrition coach for women that are dedicated to ending chronic dieting and negative body image.
In a nutshell, I help women feel great in their skin, eat foods that nourish them without feeling like they’re living on a diet.
Here’s my outlook on it: You shouldn’t have to give up all the foods you love, be subjected to eating bland, tasteless meals, and be a slave to your gym membership in order to feel great, be healthy, and live the life of confidence you’ve always wanted.
Making the decision the love your body unconditionally is a decision that is made within not through a magic diet pill, diet plan, or doing a million squats.
You don’t need to have the body of your dreams. You need to embrace the beautiful, imperfect one you already have with open arms. It all starts with what you put in it and changing your internal dialogue.
You know the dialogue I’m talking about: “I look fat in that top”, “I can’t wear a bikini”, “I’ll be happy when I lose ten pounds”.
The hard truth is you won’t – not if your happiness is tied up in the ideal of perfection. You can be happy now and make the changes to feel good from the inside out. Weight loss is just a fun byproduct.
